- Ensuring your property is well-maintained on behalf of the landlord

Information for tenants
Landlords, tenants, and your property management team all have responsibilities. Hawke’s Bay Rental Management becomes a conduit between the landlord and tenant, keeping everything running smoothly and dealing with problems as they arise.
We take our responsibilities seriously. We will communicate directly with you and ensure your needs as a tenant are met.
Your responsibilities are to:
- Notify us immediately if you have a problem paying rent
- Notify us immediately if you have maintenance or damage occur at the property
- Maintain the home in a clean and healthy condition
- Understand and comply with all aspects of your
- Tenancy Agreement
- Pay for all utilities at the property
- Leave the property clean tidy, and clear of rubbish and possessions at the end of the tenancy
- Return all keys and chattels supplied at the end of the tenancy
- Comply with all tenants’ responsibilities in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act
- Complete a property application today
