Hi I’m Zara, director of Hawke’s Bay Rental Management.
I grew up in Hawke’s Bay, and know the rental market well. My husband and I bought our first rental property in 1996. As we cared for our investments, our experience and expertise grew. In 2008, I created Hawke’s Bay Rental Management to share what we’d learned. I knew that rental investment could future proof investors, but that we could help them to work smart!
Right from the start, our mission has been to achieve excellence in property management services. The business is based on strong relationships – the key to our success is our personal interaction and communication with clients and tenants. We make sure your investment is well cared for, and that you are informed every step of the way.

Tenants are important too: ‘Putting good people into great homes’ is our ethos! We believe that good communication and personal attention often prevents problems. Tenants will deal directly with me, although I’m assisted by a small team of efficient and personable staff.
